Task
Develop a main website for rescuers to inform the country's population about emergencies, fire safety and other natural/technogenic threats.
The main idea is based on infinite news feed and user interaction, which is fixed when scrolling and is always in a prominent place, thanks to this all the content fits into one user screen, and the block structure allows you to reassemble the information blocks, like a LEGO construction set for each of the 89 regions.
It has been done:
- Web service
- More than 70 variants of the home page have been tried
- Ability to change and add widgets, as in the LEGO constructor
- Univrsal template adapted for 89 regions
- All adapted for the phone and tablet
